If you are traveling in peak season, it is recommended to book as soon as possible. Spaces for the most popular sites are limited. Cancellations/changes are permitted based on availability, but it is advisable to secure your spaces early.

Unless specified as tours with private car and driver, all of our tours start at designated meeting points. If you prefer not to use public transport or wait for taxis, you can book a private transfer tour to and from the meeting points.

Please read the descriptions carefully — each tour is different! We are also working on creating a guide that compares our Vatican tours (there are more than 10 unique tours to choose from!) to help travelers pick the perfect tour for their wants and needs.

The number of people in each tour group is outlined in the description, but generally ranges from 10 to 20 people.

Unfortunately, many venues throughout Rome and Italy are very difficult, if not impossible, to navigate with a wheelchair. We strongly recommend contacting us before booking to discuss the possibility of arranging a private tour.

All of our private tours can be customized, whereas group experiences follow a set itinerary.

Terms and cancellation instructions can be found on the confirmation voucher you received upon booking. All cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. We will refund the amount due according to the cancellation window to your credit card used at the time of booking.

Yes! Please contact us and let us know your preferences. Provide as many details as possible, such as the number of people in your group, the number of adults and children, any mobility impairments, and other details that will guide us in creating a custom tour for you.

As an accredited tour operator, we have priority access to venues. However, it’s important to note that skipping lines at churches such as St. Peter’s Basilica is not possible. Some waiting time is always expected for security checks. During peak season, there may be waiting even with priority access. Dress comfortably, bring water, and be patient.

If you enjoyed your tour, tips for your guide are much appreciated. The amount is up to you but generally ranges from around a couple of Euros for a group tour or 20 Euros for a private tour.
