Tours taking place on Wednesdays will not include access to St. Peter's, as the Basilica is closed during Papal Audience.
Access to St. Peter's Basilica is not possible on Wednesday morning during the weekly papal audience.

Due to restoration, the "Last Judgment" fresco will be hidden by scaffolding from January 12 – March 31, 2026. The Sistine Chapel remains open to visitors.

There is no strict dress code, but comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
The Colosseum is accessible for wheelchair users and strollers, as there are ramps and elevators. However, some areas (like the underground) may not be accessible.
